1. Introduction

Welcome to Kubinix Pte. Ltd. (“Kubinix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://kubinix.com and all related services.
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please leave the Site immediately.

2. Definitions

  • “Site” means the Kubinix website and any sub-domains.
  • “Services” means wealth-management, financial-planning and advisory services offered by Kubinix.
  • “Client” means any person or entity that enters into an Advisory Agreement with us.
  • “Content” means all text, graphics, videos, tools and calculators on the Site.

3. Use of the Site

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to use the Site.

3.2 Permitted Use

You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

3.3 Prohibited Use

You must not:
(a) copy, modify or scrape Content for commercial purposes;
(b) transmit malware or engage in unlawful activity;
(c) impersonate any person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

All Content is owned or licensed by Kubinix and is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.

6. Client Agreement

If you become a Client, the separate Advisory Agreement and Disclosure Brochure will prevail over any conflicting term in these Terms.

7. Fees and Payments

Advisory fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are payable as set out in your Advisory Agreement.
All fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Kubinix is not responsible for the content or accuracy of external sites and inclusion does not imply endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Content are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that files available for download are virus-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Kubinix, its directors, employees or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kubinix from any claim, loss or damage (including legal costs) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
